PLM is seeking a Director - Land to manage and refine land operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and consistency across projects. This role provides leadership within the land department, working closely with project managers, land professionals, and senior leadership to ensure high-quality execution of client work. The Director - Land will support client relationships, improve workflows, and contribute to business growth while maintaining structured oversight of land services.

Land Operations & Execution

• Oversee land-related responsibilities across projects, ensuring structured and efficient workflows.
• Support project managers and land professionals with land-related challenges, including complex negotiations.
• Identify and recommend improvements to enhance project execution and efficiency.
• Conduct right-of-way research and assist in identifying potential new project areas.
• Stay informed on industry trends, regulatory updates, and best practices.
