Job Description
Manage daily on-site operations, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets. Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure smooth workflow and quality outcomes. Conduct regular site inspections to maintain safety and compliance with local regulations. Communicate project progress and challenges to the Project Manager and other stakeholders. Oversee material deliveries and inventory to ensure availability for scheduled tasks. Assist in resolving on-site issues and conflicts promptly and effectively. Maintain detailed records of daily activities, including site logs and reports. Support the enforcement of safety protocols and best practices for all site personnel.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Construction Assistant Superintendent should have : educational background or relevant training in construction management or a related field. Proven experience in on-site construction supervision, preferably in the property industry. Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and compliance standards. Excellent communication and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach. Proficiency in using construction management software and tools is a plus.
