A company is looking for a Senior Counsel, Corporate.

Key Responsibilities

Lead corporate legal functions including transactions, governance, and agreements

Support Finance and Accounting teams on legal aspects of audit and tax matters

Collaborate with Procurement and Legal Operations to enhance corporate and contracting systems

Required Qualifications

J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership in good standing

Deep understanding of corporate work in healthcare, especially within a friendly PC model

Meaningful experience in a fast-paced, high-growth start-up environment

Ability to translate complex legal topics into clear advice for non-legal stakeholders

Proven ability to build relationships and consensus among colleagues
