Serve as a Graphic Designer on a client’s contract, varying each day based on mission needs and deliverables. Produce print graphics in support of intelligence and cyber community training products. Apply skills in graphic design on multiple complex work assignments that may be broad in nature, requiring originality and innovation in determining how to accomplish graphic design requests. Apply accuracy, time management skills, and attention to detail in a deadline-oriented environment. Work with a team of intelligence and cyber subject matter experts (SMEs), senior Instructional System Designers (ISDs), and curriculum developers.
Basic Qualifications :
3+ years of experience as a graphic designer
3+ years of experience using Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite
3+ years of experience developing Interactive Multi-Media Instruction (IMI) at ICW levels 2, 3, and 4
1+ years of experience developing Section 508 compliant courseware, including SCORM 4.1 and HTML5 standards
1+ years of experience developing courseware in support of an approved Naval Education and Training Command (NETC) Learning Management System (LMS)
TS / SCI clearance
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or Communications and 3+ years of experience in graphic design or communications, or 5+ years of experience in graphic design or communications in lieu of a degree
Additional Qualifications :
Navy Master Training Specialist (MTS) or DoD equivalent Certification
Military or Civilian Instructor Certification
Clearance :
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS / SCI clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $52,900.00 to $108,000.00 (annualized USD).
