job_description.job_card.job_descriptionCoverage Needed : 24 Hour Call Coverage, 7am-7am Oct : 00 am - Oct : 00 am Dec : 00 am - Dec : 00 am Dec : 00 am - Dec : 00 am Dec : 00 am - Jan : 00 am Clinical Information : Hospital setting Patient Ages : adult Call : Hotel / Beeper Call - does required to respond in person to those requests, not just phone calls In a 24 hour period, usually called in 2-5 hours 20 minute response time 500 bed hospital Trauma level 2 Nursing support staff EMR : eCW and Meditech Daily patient volume : 28 Types of cases : General Urology - Mostly kidney stones, Bread & butter cases Robotics : 3 XIs Required : DEA must remain in state to maintain privileges. Provider must be willing transfer and maintain DEA in state for the duration of privileges being active, or obtain a new in state DEA to remain in state for the duration of privileges being active Board Certified or Board Eligible Active VA License DEA / CSR 200 cases in the last two years BLS, PALS, ACLS
