job_description.job_card.job_descriptionDeliver on-site technical and clinical training for infectious disease products Support verification studies in compliance with relevant regulations Build consultative relationships with customers to optimize product usage Lead connectivity efforts, including implementation and troubleshooting Conduct workflow analysis to improve customer satisfaction and turnaround times Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology or Nursing (or equivalent) Registered Medical Technologist or Registered Nurse in the state of residence Minimum 3 years of experience in a clinical lab or critical-care / infectious disease environment At least 1 year of experience with implementation or Point-of-Care Testing Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and strong communication skills Management, supervisory, or Point-of-Care Coordinator experience Advanced degree and / or sales experience 5+ years of experience as a Medical Technologist or Registered Nurse Extensive knowledge of Point-of-Care Testing and infectious diseases Demonstrated excellence in customer service and training
