Associate Director Of Alumni Relations

Reporting to the Director of Alumni Relations, the Associate Director will work within a collaborative office environment and share responsibility for managing programs and events intended to engage and connect alumni to UT and each other while cultivating and inspiring giving.

Responsibilities include :

• Developing and implementing initiatives to meet strategic alumni engagement and fundraising goals.
• Managing regional alumni engagement in assigned geographic areas.
• Leveraging social media to foster volunteerism and improve event attendance.
• Managing UT's annual Alumni Weekend / Alumni Day activities.
• Collaborating with campus offices to create opportunities for alumni engagement.
• Managing all aspects of "affinity" Alumni Clubs / Councils.
• Developing and managing a Student Alumni Association.
• Managing event logistics and attendance for alumni events.
• Contributing to a work environment that encourages respect for and development of skills to engage with those of other cultures and backgrounds.
• Tracking alumni participation, event attendance, and engagement metrics.
