Overview

CTG is seeking to fill a BI Developer for our client in Wilmington, DE.

Location : Wilmington, DE

Duration : 12 months

Duties :

Design, develop, and implement business intelligence, data warehousing, and reporting solutions using Microsoft BI tools.

Build and optimize dashboards, reports, and visualizations in Power BI, Power BI Report Builder (Paginated), Power BI Embedded services, and SSRS.

Develop and maintain complex queries using Power Query, DAX, R, and T-SQL.

Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with organizational standards.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate business needs into BI solutions, and deliver actionable insights.

Optimize dashboards and reports for usability, performance, flexibility, and standardization.

Provide support for BI solutions and assist in troubleshooting issues.

Skills :

Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI suite (Power BI, Report Builder, Embedded services, SSRS).

Strong SQL Server programming skills.

Expertise in Power Query, DAX, R, and T-SQL for data modeling and transformation.

Experience implementing security features within BI platforms.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of best practices for BI solution optimization and performance tuning.

Experience :

Proven experience in BI development using Microsoft BI stack.

Hands-on experience in designing and deploying enterprise BI dashboards and reports.

Banking domain expertise with deep understanding of U.S. Cards required.

Experience in Angular and Java Full Stack development is a strong plus.

Education :

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
