About The Position Job Quick Facts : Specialty : Radiation Oncology Job Type : Locum-to-Permanent Facility Location : Dubuque, IA Service Setting : Inpatient / Outpatient Reason For Coverage : Supplemental Coverage Period : ASAP - Ongoing Coverage Type : Clinical only Shift Schedule : 8a-430p (30-min lunch) - Full-time; 4 weeks per month; 8 hrs per day Patient Volume : - OP : 20-25 on treatment w / weekly treatment visits, follow-ups & consults. - IP : 0-1 (rounding) Patient Demographics : Adults Physician in Practice : 1 (Not a Rad Onc) Required Procedures : - Conventional & 3D Radiotherapy - External Beam Radiation : IMRT, IGRT & 3D-CRT - Stereotactic Body Radiation Therapy (SBRT) - Stereotactic Radiosurgery - Photon Beam Radiation Therapy - Fractionated Stereotactic Radiotherapy Trauma Level : II EMR : Aria Other Info : All physicians submitted to a locum to perm position will be required to sign an attestation form verifying they are looking for a permanent position.
