Premier Medical Staffing Services is seeking a travel nurse RN Intermediate Care for a travel nursing job in Madison, Wisconsin.

Job Description & Requirements

• HIGHLIGHTS :
• Must have experience with multiple ICU units (Neuro ICU, Cardiothoracic, Burn ICU, Trauma Surgery, etc)
• ICU experience with adult populations required
• Must be willing to work with IMC / Progressive / General care populations as needed
• Traveler must have experience in an Academic level 1 Trauma center
• Successfully completed travel assignment (13 weeks)
• Traveler must have completed two years of acute care experience within last 3 years
• EPIC experience required
• Traveler must have WI nursing license or compact license from their permanent address state
• BLS and ACLS must be certified through American Heart Association ONLY
• Traveler must have Basic Arrhythmia experience
• Day / Evening, 8 / 12 hr shifts, 0700-19 : 30, with every other weekend and some holidays
• Traveler's permanent address must be 50 miles from assigned primary work site location
• Floating - Travelers are the first
• Travel Experience Required : Yes
• Orientation Hours : 36
• First Time travelers accepted in some units
• License must be in hand at submittal
• ADDITIONAL DETAILS :
• Patient Ratios Days : 3
• Patient Ratios Nights : 3
• Telemetry test required prior to being cleared to start
• Pass / Fail Testing required with strict passing criteria for telemetry exam
