We're looking for a Mortgage Loan Servicer II to join us in Sheboygan, WI. This role begins onsite, with the option to move into a hybrid schedule after training. What You'll Do :

In this role, you'll provide support throughout the lifecycle of our members' mortgages by :

• Overseeing assigned mortgage portfolios with accuracy and professionalism Responding to member questions about insurance, taxes, and loan payoffs
• Completing escrow analyses and managing lien releases and compliance Partnering with IT for updates, system enhancements, and rate changes
• Auditing, reconciling General Ledger accounts, and ensuring regulatory compliance
• Sharing knowledge with teammates, mentoring others, and recommending process improvements
• Your expertise will help ensure members receive a smooth and supportive mortgage servicing experience while contributing to internal team success.
