Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or related field; Master's preferred
7-10 years of experience in sales operations, commercial analytics, or business planning
Proven success in leading quota, forecasting, and compensation programs in a complex sales environment
Strong understanding of territory design, account segmentation, and performance analytics
Experience managing teams and driving cross-functional initiatives
