Key Responsibilities

Oversee enterprise sales forecasting, pipeline health monitoring, and performance reporting

Align sales compensation strategy with business objectives and growth targets

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or related field; Master's preferred

7-10 years of experience in sales operations, commercial analytics, or business planning

Proven success in leading quota, forecasting, and compensation programs in a complex sales environment

Strong understanding of territory design, account segmentation, and performance analytics

Experience managing teams and driving cross-functional initiatives
