As a Telehealth Nurse Practitioner with YSP, you will deliver comprehensive virtual care to patients across the U.S. in your area of specialty. You will work independently, supported by a robust digital infrastructure and a collaborative network of healthcare professionals. YSP provides all digital resources, including EMR / EHR, EDI, malpractice insurance, billing / coding support, and access to collaborative physicians.

Family Medicine / Primary Care NPs :

• Pre-care : Acute triage, health screening, pre-visit assessments, medication reconciliation.
• Post-care : Hospital discharge follow-up, medication management, post-procedure check-ins.
• Routine care : Chronic disease management (diabetes, hypertension), annual wellness visits, preventive screenings, behavioral health check-ins.
