Managerial / Professional
The ideal candidate is an experienced GME professional with a strong background in managing ACGME-accredited residency and fellowship programs, ideally within Radiation Oncology or a related specialty. They possess deep knowledge of accreditation standards, institutional policies, and trainee administration, including scheduling, onboarding, and evaluations. Skilled in systems such as New Innovations, DISCOVER, and Qualtrics, the candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at coordinating across multiple stakeholders. They bring experience in CME coordination, compliance reporting, and grant-supported educational programs, and demonstrate excellent communication, judgment, and a commitment to advancing medical education excellence.

Hourly breakdown of salary range : Minimum $29.08 - Midpoint $36.30 - Maximum $43.50

Key Functions Summary
Education
Required : Bachelor's Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Education or related field.
Preferred : Master's Degree in Education, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field. May substitute required education with additional years of equivalent experience on a one-to-one basis.
Work Experience
Required : 3 years of related professional experience in graduate medical education (GME) coordinating residency, fellowship or research training programs. One year of related experience in the administration of continuing medical education (CME) and undergraduate medical education (UME).
Preferred : In addition to required, solid visa administrative experience and technical expertise in use of GME, UME and CME applications.
May substitute education for additional years of experience on a one-to-one basis.
Licenses and Certifications
Preferred : TAGME certification.
