Territory Manager

The Territory Manager will be responsible for driving sales and expanding our market presence within the assigned territory. This role requires a proactive and results-oriented individual with a strong work ethic and a hunter mentality. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with the Area Sales Manager and will be positioned for rapid career advancement.

Key Responsibilities

Prospecting and Lead Generation : Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the territory. Conduct cold calls, set up meetings, and build a robust sales pipeline.

Sales Achievement - Meet and exceed targeted sales goals and objectives. Present and demonstrate the benefits of our aesthetic laser products to potential clients, including dermatologists, plastic surgeons, and other aesthetic physicians.

Customer Relationship Management - Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Provide consultative sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.

Market Strategy - Collaborate with the Area Sales Manager to develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the territory. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

Product Knowledge - Stay informed about the latest advancements in aesthetic laser technology and effectively communicate product benefits to clients.

Event Participation - Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our products and network with potential clients.

Reporting - Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status. Prepare regular reports for the Area Sales Manager.

Qualifications

Experience : Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in outside sales, preferably in medical or capital equipment sales. Experience in the aesthetics industry is a plus.

Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Skills : Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

Work Ethic : Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team. High level of motivation and a hunter mentality.

Technical Aptitude : Ability to understand and explain complex technical products. Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Travel : Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory, including occasional overnight and weekend travel.
