Develop and implement targeted marketing strategies tailored for affordable housing sectors. Coordinate and oversee the advertisement and promotion of new properties to potential renters. Organize open houses, property tours, and other events to attract potential tenants. Work closely with property management to ensure smooth leasing operations and tenant move-ins. Analyze market trends to ensure competitive leasing and marketing strategies. Prepare regular reports on the progress of leasing activities and marketing effectiveness. Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations concerning affordable housing.
