What You’ll Bring :
Bachelor’s Degree and Wisconsin DPI licensure (or eligibility) in all subject areas taughtExperience teaching, preferably in urban schools, with a proven track record of successStrong classroom management skills and the ability to create a positive, engaging learning environmentA commitment to high academic standards and fostering college readinessExcellent communication skills and the ability to build trusting relationships with students, families, and colleaguesPassion for empowering underserved students and helping them achieve their full potentialAdaptability and a professional, entrepreneurial mindset in a fast-paced environmentYour Role :
Deliver dynamic, rigorous lessons that inspire and prepare students for college and meaningful careersSet and uphold high standards for academic achievement, behavior, and social growthCollaborate with an Instructional Coach to continually refine your teaching strategiesBuild strong partnerships with students and their families to support overall successUse data-driven approaches to develop personalized learning plans and team goalsIntegrate technology seamlessly into your daily instructionMaintain clear, timely communication with students, families, and staffEnsure a safe, respectful classroom environment at all timesKeep accurate records, including updating grades and assignments regularly in PowerSchoolLicensure :
Must hold or be eligible for a current Wisconsin Teacher License, Charter License, or One-Year with Stipulations License in all subject areas taught.
