Description

The Program Manager position will lead and deliver desired capabilities for complex and strategic development initiatives spanning multiple domains in client's organization. You will be a leader and a key change agent for continuing to drive the maturity of the program and project execution. The Program Mgr will leverage processes and methods in the execution of these strategic initiatives. Large-scale project (~

• M) focused on Model N implementation and restarting a previous project. Integration with JD Edwards (JDE) for contract management, pricing, and governance. Revenue management systems experience (Model N or similar) is preferred. Cross-project coordination, risk management, migration, and program building / refinement. Ensure compliance with internal and external standards, including SOX reporting. Manage program resources, budget, financials, and commercial aspects.

Responsibilities :

Lead and coordinate internal and external teams for program execution.

Ensure program governance, risk management, and integration across multiple projects.

Maintain budget and financial oversight (time and material knowledge).

Build, refine, and execute programs to meet organizational goals.

Engage with C-suite executives and program stakeholders.

Management & Leadership

Develop and execute cross-functional program plans and successfully deliver the expected business results for one or more strategic programs or initiatives.

Work with product managers, program executive sponsors, and targeted customers of a program to acquire a detailed understanding of the required business results.

Manage programs according to program baselines and plans that define schedules, funding, staffing, risks, and management approach to achieve program / project business results.

Responsible and accountable for the critical development aspects of a program including scope, schedule, cost, risk, quality, and cross-functional communication.

Assess and identify risks that might jeopardize successful achievement of a program, develop risk mitigation strategies, tactics, and implement risk mitigation plans.

Manage programs and execution utilizing best practices.

Identify training and development needs for program and project management staff.

Develop and improve templates, standards, and best practices for the PMO, and maintain comprehensive program documentation.

Manage internal resources, contractors, consultants, and other key program resources, for the effective execution of complex projects and programs.

Participate in the RFI / RFP, supplier selection, and contract negotiation where applicable.

What You'll Need

Bachelor's degree in engineering / science / business or a related field is required.

8+ years' experience and track record in direct, program, and project management

6+ years' leadership experience in program / project management functions spanning companywide technology and complex Information Technology programs / projects.

2-4 years demonstrated track record including the ability to execute projects, acting as Scrum Master / Lead or an equivalent role.

Proven capabilities in developing strong program / project management teams

Demonstrated experience in developing and managing budgets, doing financial projections, and tracking and assessing program costs.

Experience in strategic planning, risk management, and change management

Excellent stakeholder and internal communication skills

Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills, exceptional skills in leadership, time management, facilitation, and organization

Must be able to communicate verbally and in writing in English.

Model N experience required, minimum of 3 years or proven track record and revenue management applications / projects.

IT leadership experience is preferred.

Required experience in Revenue management processes / tools

It's a Plus if you have :

Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification

Program Management Professional (PgMP) Certification is a plus

CSM Scrum Certification is a plus

SAFE Certification is a plus

Experience in enterprise planning (ERP / Financials) implementations is a plus

Experience in managing Senior stakeholders

Working knowledge of technical areas spanning Infrastructure, Security, Application development and ERP Implementations.
