Customer Service Representative

Work in Customer Service in the equivalent of a "service advisor" role, answering phones, taking walk up customers, initiating work orders for technicians, coordinating with technicians, closing work orders, tracking the flow of vehicles through the shop.

Assist with Cellular support tickets in ServiceNow - fulfilling activation and disconnect requests, and others as needed.

Assist with Stores tasks as needed, specifically covering the window for item issuance.

Shift : M - F 7am - 4pm (1 hour lunch break)

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
