Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a night shift Labor & Delivery position requiring a GA or compact RN license and recent specialty experience.

Responsibilities

Work in the Labor & Delivery unit within a hospital setting

Night shifts from 18 : 45 to 07 : 15

Assignment length is 13 weeks

Direct care of laboring mothers and newborns

Provide comprehensive nursing care to mothers and infants in a fast-paced environment

All requests for time off must be less than 1 week in length

Team-based nursing model focused on collaboration and patient safety

Requirements

Active GA or compact RN license required

Minimum 1 year of recent Labor & Delivery nursing experience

No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the last 12 months

No certifications may expire within the first 30 days of employment

Applicants must not have worked as permanent staff at any CHS facility in the past 2 years

Local candidates within a 50-mile radius are not eligible
