Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Consultant located in Birmingham, AL. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for implementing various sales strategies, engaging with clients to ensure customer satisfaction, and providing expert consulting services. This role involves daily tasks such as meeting with potential clients, conducting presentations, negotiating contracts, and maintaining strong relationships with customers. The Sales Consultant will also provide excellent customer service and address any inquiries or issues related to the products and services offered by the company.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales Consulting and Consulting skills
• Strong background in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
• Excellent Communication skills
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
• Experience in the retail or technology industry is a plus
