This opportunity is with a medium-sized construction services company that specializes in the commercial industry. They are known for delivering quality projects while fostering a professional and collaborative work environment and maintaining positive relationships with the GC and Sub market in Southern Colorado.

The PM / Estimator is expected to :

• Oversee all phases of commercial construction projects, from pre-construction to closeout.
• Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for construction projects.
• Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project success.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources efficiently.
• Conduct site visits and assess project progress and compliance with standards.
• Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with key stakeholders.
• Ensure all projects adhere to safety regulations and company policies.
• Generate reports and communicate updates to senior management.
