You’ll work as an MRI Technologist performing diagnostic imaging procedures in a clinic-based setting that serves both inpatient and outpatient populations. This is a 13-week travel contract in Temple, TX with strong pay and a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform MRI scans according to established protocols and physician orders
- Prepare patients and rooms for procedures, ensuring safety and comfort
- Communicate effectively with patients and families about exams and expectations
- Operate MRI equipment (Siemens experience preferred) and maintain image quality standards
- Adhere to safety, infection control, and compliance requirements
- Document procedures and maintain accurate imaging records in Epic
- Assist with equipment upkeep and report technical issues as needed
Requirements
Education : Degree requiredCertification : ARRT (MR) or ARMRIT, plus BLSExperience : 2+ years of MRI technologist experience required; Siemens & Epic experience preferredAbility to work Fri (10 : 30a–11 : 00p) and Sat / Sun (7 : 00a–6 : 30p)Strong technical skills in MRI imaging and patient positioning
