Location : Richmond, VA
Shift : Day Shift
Job Status : Full-time Permanent
We’re hiring a Director of Emergency Services to lead a high-acuity, high-volume Level I Trauma Center in the heart of Richmond, VA. With 782 beds and an 84-space Emergency Department (including a dedicated 12-bed Pediatric ER), this is a leadership opportunity to be at the forefront of critical care.
What You’ll Oversee :
- 56-bed Emergency Department (84 total care spaces)
- 80,000 visits / year
- Level I Trauma Center with burn designation
- High-volume cardiac, orthopedic, and behavioral health populations
- Team of 130+ FTEs, including 3 Nurse Managers and 6 Clinical Nurse Coordinators
- Reporting directly to the CNO
