We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Fiber Construction Manager to join our team. This role presents an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal part in the expansion of our fiber optic network. As a Fiber Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our fiber network projects, from initial planning to completion. You will work closely with various teams to ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.

Responsibilities :

• Oversee all stages of fiber network projects, from initial planning to project completion.
• Collaborate with different teams, including design, engineering, and operations to ensure efficient project execution.
• Manage all aspects of construction, including fiber splicing, and ensure adherence to design plans and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure work is completed according to project specifications.
• Monitor project progress, identify and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Ensure all work is performed in compliance with OSHA standards and company safety policies.
• Prepare and present project updates and reports to senior management.
• Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including local authorities and utility companies.
• Ensure all project documentation is complete, accurate, and stored appropriately.
