Orthodontist Opportunity – Suburban St. Louis, Missouri

An established and rapidly growing orthodontic office in Florissant, MO is seeking a motivated Orthodontist to join their team. This modern practice—closely connected to a thriving general dentistry clinic for built-in referrals—offers flexibility in scheduling, excellent income potential, and a supportive clinical environment. The office transitioned from a satellite location to a full-time operation in early 2023 and continues to experience strong growth in both patient volume and new case starts.

Position Highlights

Full-time or part-time (2–3 days / week) options available

Current schedule : Monday–Wednesday (9 AM–5 PM) and Friday (9 AM–4 PM); flexible to adjust to a Tuesday–Friday schedule

Open to new graduates

Office is physically connected to a busy general practice , creating strong referral flow

Averaging 14–20 new starts / month and 60–80 new patient exams / month

Monthly production ranges between $60,000 and $90,000

Equipped with an iTero scanner and modern digital systems

Compensation & Benefits

Daily guarantee of $1,600–$1,700

Production-based start bonus : $150 per start after the 7th each month

Debond bonus : $100 per debond

$10,000 sign-on bonus
