Gold's Gym SoCal is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Personal Training Operations Director to oversee the operational excellence of the Personal Training department across all locations. This high-impact leadership role is responsible for ensuring smooth execution of all training services, coaching best practices, staffing, compliance, and the overall member experience. This role will work in close partnership with the Personal Training Sales Director and VP of Fitness to implement initiatives that drive department growth, consistency, and performance. MUST HAVE INDUSTRY MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE AS A GENERAL MANAGER / FITNESS MANAGER FOR AT LEAST 5 YEARS.

This role requires the ability to move and lift up to 35 lbs. Standing for extended periods of time and ensuring a professional demeanor, clear communication, and appearance in a clean uniform are also required.

Compensation : $100,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
