Job Description

As a Security Officer - Access Control Driver in Bonita Springs, FL , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more.

As an Access Control professional with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents while monitoring and patrolling a residential community. This role involves conducting routine patrols, maintaining a visible presence, and providing exceptional customer service to residents and guests. Your efforts will contribute to a welcoming and secure environment. This is a driving position, so a valid driver's license is required. Pay Rate : $19.00 / Hour

Rover Fri, Sat, Sun & Gate Mon / Tues. Gate rate is $18.50 / Hour

What You'll Do :

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

  • Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
  • Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
  • Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
  • Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities :

  • Monitor and control access to the residential location, verifying identification and credentials of residents, visitors, and vendors according to site-specific procedures.
  • Provide customer service by assisting residents and guests with inquiries and addressing security-related concerns in a professional manner.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols of the property and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access and observe for unusual activity or conditions.
  • Document observations and incidents in detailed reports as required by site and Allied Universal policies.
  • Collaborate with local authorities and emergency services as necessary, supporting emergency response activities when appropriate.
  • Follow site-specific policies and procedures at all times, adapting to the unique needs of the residential environment.

    • Minimum Requirements :

  • A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
