Job Description Accounts Receivable Support 710 Griffith Lane Rd, Caledonia, MN 55921 HEADC Full-time Shift(s) : MON TUE WED THU FRI 7 : 00am - 5 : 00pm OVERVIEW : Working as Full-time Accounts Receivable Support, you will enjoy the opportunity to participate in a fast-paced work environment focused on reducing Fastenal's overall receivables. This position may offer a flexible schedule after a period of onboarding, training, and meeting performance goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES : The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to :

• Communicating with customers via telephone, email, and fax regarding their open balance with us and assisting in resolving the open items
• Documenting conversations with customers
• Working as a team to reduce days out and to improve Fastenal's overall accounts receivable portfolio
• Updating customer billing information
• Performing other administrative tasks as needed

FULL-TIME BENEFITS : Fastenal offers a competitive benefits package to all full-time employees. This package includes Health, Life, Long Term Disability, and Dental Insurance, in addition to, paid vacation, sick leave, holidays, and 401(k) with an employer contribution. COMPENSATION : The base pay range for this position is $36,000 - 45,000. In addition to base pay, this position is also eligible for a bonus and / or commission. Equal Opportunity Employer
