Were seeking an Accounting Manager with strong consolidations experience to oversee the preparation of internal financial statements for a parent company with both domestic and international operations. This role will also support external audit requests and ensure compliance across the consolidated group.

Location : Seattle, WA (Hybrid)

Compensation : $120,000 $140,000 (base)

Job Details

Key Responsibilities

• Lead consolidations and prepare accurate, timely monthly reporting packages.
• Oversee a team responsible for fixed assets and cash accounting; provide training, guidance, and performance feedback.
• Manage the close process, ensuring cross-departmental coordination and timely completion.
• Review intercompany and related-party transactions to ensure proper recording and elimination.
• Review consolidated cash flow statements and complex financial reports.
• Collaborate with other accounting leaders to align on departmental goals and process improvements.
• Implement new procedures to streamline workflow and enhance efficiency while maintaining accuracy.
• Support both internal and external audits with required documentation and analysis.
