Required Skills & Qualifications

7+ YEARS Experience in managing large enterprise HCM transformation programs
Proficiency in overseeing project milestones, budgets, and resources
Experience with UKG Pro WFM Implementation and Dell Boomi
Strong knowledge of workforce management processes, including time tracking, scheduling, and compliance

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

Proven track record of effective risk management and mitigation strategies

Strong communication skills to manage relationships with vendors, team members, and stakeholders

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Oversee system configuration, data migration, testing, and deployment activities

Act as a primary point of contact between business, IT, and third-party vendors

Provide regular updates to all stakeholders and leadership teams
