We are seeking a dedicated and skilled podiatrist to join a dynamic healthcare team focused on delivering high-quality care for conditions affecting the feet, ankles, and lower legs. This role involves comprehensive patient management, from diagnosis to treatment, including surgical and non-surgical interventions. The ideal candidate will be committed to continuous learning and clinical excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver empathetic and individualized care, involving patients and their families in treatment decisions.
- Advocate for patients throughout their healthcare journey, ensuring access to appropriate resources and support.
- Maintain accurate and compliant documentation, including coding and billing, within electronic health records (EHR).
- Apply evidence-based practices to assess and manage a wide range of podiatric conditions.
- Demonstrate proficiency in procedures relevant to podiatric medicine, including surgical and therapeutic interventions.
- Develop and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress and clinical findings.
- Engage in ongoing education to stay current with medical advancements and emerging treatment modalities.
- Reflect on personal clinical performance and seek feedback to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Participate in peer learning and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
- Work effectively within interdisciplinary teams, fostering respectful and productive relationships.

Requirements :
