The team supports the whole Unilever International portfolio, deals with a high variety in compliance activities and interacts with many functions in Unilever. The Unilever International (UI) Regulatory Affairs Assistant Manager (Foods & HC) will be part of the UI Regulatory Affairs team and will fulfill Americas Foods and HC innovation projects and product compliance supporting Unilever International (UI) business. For regulatory advice and expertise, he / she will work with Unilever Regulatory Affairs community as well as with external Regulatory Experts in all clusters.

Job Requirements :

• He / she helps to design and maintains processes to support UI business in product compliance assurance for Foods & HC products in Americas (USA, Canada and LATAM)
• He / she builds & maintains a strong network of global contacts in R&D, Marketing and Supply Chain, Legal, SERS, etc., to facilitate assurance of product compliance for Unilever International (UI)
• Working with external experts, creation of an eco-system of RPs (Regulatory Partners i.e. regulatory consultants), continuous monitoring of their performance for Americas
• Evaluate and advice the prop 65 requirements, contaminants monitoring for UI innovation / renovation project team.
• Co-ordinate and ensure compliance of existing portfolio of UI products, affected by new regulation changes in a geography.
• Act as first point of contact for any regulatory queries for Foods & HC products for UI Americas team.
• He / she is digitally salient to embrace and incorporate digital processes for Regulatory Affairs.

Education & Experience :

Pay : The pay range for this position is $8,680 to $12,9120. Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.

Bonus : This position is bonus eligible.

Long-Term Incentive (LTI) : This position is LTI eligible.
