Role Description :

This is a part-time on-site role for a Licensed Professional Counselor - Associate (LPC-Associate) located in San Antonio, TX. The Licensed Professional Counselor - Associate (LPC-A) will be responsible for providing individual and family counseling services, developing treatment plans, conducting assessments, and maintaining accurate client records. The role involves collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and participating in ongoing professional development to enhance clinical skills. Clinician must be able to work with patients of all ages including children, adolescents, adults, and the elderly presenting with a wide array of psychological issues.

The ideal candidate is one who ultimately would like to join a group private practice and make it their new professional home!

Qualifications :

  • Licensed Professional Counselor - Associate (LPC-A) credential in the state of Texas
  • Master's degree in Counseling or Clinical Psychology
  • Strong counseling and therapeutic skills
  • Experience in developing treatment plans and conducting assessments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to maintain accurate and detailed client records
  • Experience in individual and family counseling
  • Experience in working with children, adolescents, adults, and the elderly
  • Ability to collaborate with other healthcare professionals

Hours :

  • Flexible - Set your own schedule; afternoon and evening hours preferred, weekend availability
  • Terms :

  • Candidate must be able to provide a set schedule of a minimum of 20 hours per week In Person at our beautiful Stone Oak clinic
  • LPC-A must have a supervisor and obtain required supervision outside of work hours at our clinic
  • LPC-A must maintain all professional education requirements to maintain licensure in good standing
  • Work as a 1099 contractor; earn hours simultaneously at another clinic if you like
  • After one year of service, successful LPC-Associates may earn the potential to become a full-time employee with the practice and enjoy hybrid work opportunities / employee benefits
  • Pay :

    $30 per completed session
