MAINTENANCE, CUSTODIAL, DRIVER

JOB SUMMARY :  Maintains the physical and cleanliness conditions of the hotel’s public areas, guest rooms, and back of the house according to operating and safety standards, ensuring that service requests and repairs are made correctly and in a timely manner.

Cleans and maintains the hotel lobby and other public areas throughout the property to established standards to assure guest satisfaction. Answer room calls when needed. Drives guests to and from the airport, area businesses, and other locations. Exceptional attendance can earn an additional $1 per hour for punctuality, full shift attendance, and no call-ins.

Compensation : $16 - $17 hourly

Responsibilities :

• Ensure all public areas are clean and well-maintained throughout the day
• Perform routine pool testing to ensure water is at proper levels. We will train if needed
• Help in delivering linens, amenities, and other supplies to guest rooms when called upon by the front desk or a guest
• Drive and operate the hotel shuttle to transport guests to local destinations
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests by answering questions and offering assistance
• Assist the maintenance department in daily PMs and upkeep of rooms and the public areas
