Role Description

This is a high commission full-time on-site role for a Sales Associate at R1 Roofing & Exteriors located in Lehi, UT. The Sales Associate will be responsible for generating leads and closing leads brought to them by our marketing team, building and maintaining customer relationships, conducting sales presentations, and participating in meetings and activates designed to help the team meet target goals.

Qualifications

• Sales, Customer Relationship Management, and Communication skills
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Ability to perform roof inspections on rooftops
• Comfortable knocking or cold calling if necessary
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Bilingual is a plus
