Compile, verify, and organize information according to priorities to prepare data for entryCheck for duplicate records before processingAccurately enter medical billing information into the companys software systemResearch and correct documents submitted with incomplete or inaccurate detailsVerify member information such as enrollment date, participation level, coverage status, and date of service before processing medical billsReview data for accuracy and completenessUphold the values and culture of the organizationFollow company policies, procedures, and guidelinesVerify eligibility in accordance with established policies and definitionsIdentify and escalate concerns to leadership as appropriateMaintain daily productivity standardsDemonstrate eagerness and initiative to learn and take on a variety of tasksSupport the overall mission and culture of the organizationPerform other duties as assigned by managementSKILLS & COMPETENCIES
