As our practice continues to grow, we are looking for a talented and organized litigation paralegal to join our team and support attorneys in all stages of litigation.

Position Overview

The Litigation Paralegal will assist attorneys with trial preparation, document drafting, and day-to-day case management. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to work closely with experienced trial attorneys on a wide range of legal matters. The ideal candidate is proactive, communicative, and able to thrive in a fast-paced litigation environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive litigation support to attorneys throughout all phases of the case lifecycle
• Draft, edit, and proofread pleadings, motions, discovery, and correspondence
• Organize and manage case files, exhibits, and electronic discovery
• Perform legal and factual research using Lexis and other databases
• Schedule court appearances, depositions, and client meetings
• Assist with client intake and communication
• Coordinate the opening and closing of case files
• Ensure deadlines are tracked and met in accordance with court rules and firm procedures
