Job Description
Royal Restoration is a fast-growing insurance restoration company serving Northern VA, DC, and MD. We’re hiring a Rebuild Project Manager to run residential / commercial repair projects after mitigation—scheduling trades, coordinating with homeowners / adjusters, and delivering high-quality, on-time rebuilds.
What you’ll do
- Own rebuild projects from work authorization to final walkthrough
- Manage schedules, subs, permits, and inspections
- Communicate daily with homeowners, carriers / TPAs, and internal teams
- Control budgets, change orders, and documentation in our PM software (Dash)
- Ensure safety, quality, and compliance

Schedule : Full-time, on-site / field with regional travel across DMV
