A phenomenal opportunity to hone your skills, 11300 Neurosurgery is a 21-bed unit that primarily cares for patients who have undergone cranial procedures. We also are a prime choice for patients who have had spinal surgery, have been affected by a stroke, or have other neurological deficits or diseases. Our unit is mostly private rooms with advanced technology, dedicated leadership support, and skilled preceptors who want to help develop you into the nurse you have the potential to be.

Role Purpose
The Graduate Nurse provides direct patient care activities including assessment, diagnosis, planning implementation, and evaluation within the guidelines of the standards of nursing care after completing a nursing program and before licensure. Will be required to obtain licensure within 90 days of graduation from an accredited school of nursing to remain employed in a HSO in the state of Missouri.
