Hours per Shift : 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM

License : Current state Occupational Therapy certification

Certifications : Current BCLS certificate upon hire and maintain current

Must-Have :

1. Associate Degree (COTA) from an accredited program

2. National Board for Certification Occupational Therapy certification

3. AOTA and OTAC membership preferred

Description :

Education, experience, and training are required for this role.

The candidate must have an Associate Degree (COTA) from an accredited program.

Current state Occupational Therapy certification is necessary.

A current BCLS certificate upon hire and maintenance of the certification is required.

National Board for Certification Occupational Therapy certification is preferred.

Membership in AOTA and OTAC is preferred.

A minimum of 1-2 years of experience is necessary.

The position involves working with both inpatients and outpatients in a critical access hospital setting.

Involvement with various units such as Med / Surg, Orthopedics, and Cardiac Cath Lab may be necessary.

COVID patient care may also be a requirement.

Weekend and holiday work will be determined based on departmental needs.

The dress code includes scrubs with no specific color requirement.
