Purchasing Analyst, Facilities - Lakeland
The purpose of this position is to perform all of the functions related to procurement to support Facilities. Responsibilities include :
- Performing various procurement functions for warehouse replenishment, replacement equipment, parts, tools, consumables, raw materials, and projects for facilities
- Quoting, sourcing, bidding for parts, raw materials, tools, and consumables
- Procurement of equipment, small parts, raw materials, specific approved items for planned activities (projects, new stores, remodels, etc.), and replacement retail items for Facilities
- Building and maintaining professional and ethical relationships with current and potential suppliers
- Working with master data and material master on maintaining accurate vendor and material information
- Performing various clerical functions
Required Qualifications

Year End Bonus : To reward associates for their contributions to the company for the calendar year, Publix provides a Holiday Bonus in November. In the first year of continuous employment the bonus is equal to 15 hours of pay, and in the second year of continuous employment the bonus is equal to one week's pay if associate remains employed through issue date of the bonus check. In subsequent years, the bonus is equal to two weeks' pay
