job_description.job_card.job_descriptionProvide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and / or emergency response activities as needed. Monitor access points and verify credentials to help to deter unauthorized entry into the location. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random patrols around the property and perimeter to help to deter suspicious activity and report any irregularities. Document and report any security-related incidents or unusual occurrences in accordance with Allied Universal policies. Work collaboratively with property management and other personnel to address concerns and maintain a secure environment. Availability across various days and shifts Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Access control and / or badge experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Security Professional Access Control Agent
As a Security Professional Access Control Agent in Greensboro, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more.
As an Access Control Officer in a commercial real estate location, you will monitor entrances and exits, conduct routine patrols, and help to deter security-related incidents. You will remain visible throughout the property, interact with residents and guests, and provide outstanding customer service while supporting a welcoming environment. What You'll Do :
- Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
- Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
- Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
- Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
- Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
