What You'll Do :

As Senior Product Manager for Digital Retail Engagement, you will be a key driver of Circle K's on-site experience and monetization. As an individual contributor, you'll create compelling personalized experiences that spark customer engagement at point of sale to deepen customer relationships, increase retention, and prompt upsell to maximize customer lifetime value. You'll define the product vision for in-transaction engagement, managing the product roadmap, leveraging data to understand customer behavior, and collaborate with other retail product managers to ensure a cohesive and engaging experience.

Key Requirements :

  • Extensive product management and B2C industry experience, with 5-7 years of successfully delivering user value.
  • Strong strategic thinking, storytelling and decision-making abilities, with ability to use customer data and analytics to derive insights, measure program performance, and drive strategic decisions.
  • Proven track record of leading high-impact product initiatives with strong partnership with technology teams
  • Strong mentor of product managers and evangelist for the craft of product management.
  • Ability to manage complex and high-stakes stakeholder relationships with excellent cross-functional leadership, communication, and experience working in a global and matrixed organization.
  • Experience with the technical aspects of retail systems, which may include point of sale, payments, self-checkout, etc.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience in the retail, CPG, or service industry with a large member base is highly desirable.
