$70,000.00 / yr - $120,000.00 / yr
Overview
I'm looking for a 2–4 year recruitment consultant with a proven interest in development-focused technology roles — either on the buy side (hedge funds, asset managers, etc.) or sell side (investment banks, fintechs). You don't need to have deep market expertise in hedge funds yet, but you must be credible in front of senior engineers and hiring managers, and comfortable discussing topics like infrastructure, software engineering, and front-office platforms.

What we're looking for
2–4 years' recruitment experience, ideally covering tech (development, data engineering, DevOps, SRE, etc.).Exposure to financial services (buy or sell side) is preferred but not essential — more important is the ability to grasp complex roles and speak credibly to engineering leaders.Someone who's hungry to build relationships, not just deliver CVs. BD will be a key part of the role — you'll be supported but also expected to open doors alongside the business lead.A self-starter who's mature, commercial, and wants to be part of a lean but high-performing team.Seniority level
