Overview
Analytics Sales Consultant - Wealth Management at Equifax. This role develops strong client relationships, evaluates strategies, and recommends data-driven, profitability-driving solutions. It is a client-facing position for a data and business intelligence expert who has held key roles within the industries we serve. The team designs data-driven solutions tailored to meet immediate business goals.
This opening will work with our brokerage / wealth management and Tier 1 financial institution clients. The Consultant demonstrates the value of Equifax solutions based on actual client data, enhances client relationships, drives new programs and revenues, and positions Equifax as a strategic advisor at assigned accounts. The role requires a quantitative thinker with strong understanding of Equifax data and assets, market and economic trends, and client business needs. The Consultant proactively identifies and designs quantitative analyses to generate new sales opportunities and supports ongoing sales initiatives for the Equifax Strategic Financial Institution account teams.
The Consultant maintains understanding of the prevailing economic environment and its key drivers, the evolving needs of financial services clients, and trends in the consumer lending market. This person acts as a trusted analytical advisor and collaborates with the sales team and the broader Equifax organization to optimize the use of data and analytical assets. They act as a project leader for the development and delivery of analytical solutions, work well in a team, and also self-start. The Consultant cultivates key relationships and provides customer feedback to the account team.
What You'll Do
- Co-develop (with sales partners) and execute plans leveraging Equifax solutions to enable revenue growth and market share with the assigned client base
- Provide analytical consulting expertise through client data to understand analytical needs for solution sales, development and implementation
- Provide proactive solutions, consult with the client on their data / processes and highlight opportunities where Equifax data and analytics can positively impact the business
- Create high impact proposals, presentations, internal business plans and related solution materials
- Work closely with the account relationship teams, analytic fulfillment teams and key internal stakeholders to produce customer-facing presentations and materials that clearly demonstrate the value of each analytic solution
- Serve as a key consulting resource in the design, development, implementation and use of custom and generic analytical solutions and capabilities
- Engage internal stakeholders, sales leadership, internal analytic teams and IT / infrastructure teams to enable successful deployment, integration, and consumption of newly developed solutions by the customer
- Leverage a consulting approach for improvement to systems and processes already in place with the client
- Consult with clients on methods of maximizing profit through optimization of data, models and analytics
- Proactively work with account relationship teams and other internal teams to devise new engagement approaches and strategies that deepen account penetration, increase market share and meet annual revenue goals
- Present at customer and industry forums to elevate the Equifax brand, generate product interest and drive industry thought-leadership

MBA or graduate degree in a relevant fieldExperience using SAS / R / Python or other industry-standard statistical softwareEquifax is required by law to include a good-faith salary range for this role. This compensation range accounts for skill sets, experience and training, and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $129,830 to $185,000. This position is also eligible for our annual incentive program.
