A company is looking for a Sr Dispute Correspondence Specialist (REMOTE).
Key Responsibilities
Review and analyze written complaints from borrowers and their representatives
Research issues, identify root causes, and execute plans for resolution
Compose detailed responses and maintain comprehensive records for all complaints
Required Qualifications
High school diploma required; bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred
Three (3) years of related work experience in a legal, customer service environment, or residential mortgage services required
Professional writing experience in a corporate setting is mandatory
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is required
Familiarity with regulations related to RESPA, TILA, FCRA, and CFPB is preferred
