Salary : $22.00 $24.00 per hour

Work Location : In person

Travel Requirement : This is a travel position, with up to 10 consecutive nights on the road at a time. Hotel accommodations are paid for by the company, and employees receive a daily meal per diem.

Job Summary

As a Job Site Laborer / Operator, you will be responsible for executing salvage, recovery, and demolition projects at agricultural and industrial sites across the country. This role involves hands-on work with specialized equipment, responding to emergency situations, and supporting restoration efforts for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Site Preparation & Safety

Assist with staging equipment and materials at job sites

Operate heavy machinery such as skid steers, telehandlers, and loaders

Safely operate trucks and trailers (Class A CDL preferred)

Maintain accurate records of material volumes, labor hours, and equipment usage
