NOW HIRING – WELDER / FITTER

Location : St. Louis, MO

Pay : $22–$24 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule : Full-Time

Position Overview

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Welder / Fitter to join our team in St. Louis, MO. This position involves reading blueprints, fitting and assembling metal components, and performing high-quality welds according to specifications. You will play an important role in fabricating precise and durable products that meet production and safety standards.

Responsibilities

Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and welding symbols.

Fit, align, and weld metal components to specifications.

Perform MIG, TIG, or Stick welding as required.

Measure, cut, grind, and prepare materials for fabrication.

Inspect completed welds for quality and accuracy.

Maintain equipment and tools in proper working condition.

Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of welding and fitting experience.

Ability to read and understand blueprints and measurements.

Skilled in MIG, TIG, and / or Stick welding.

Strong attention to detail and focus on quality.

Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods.

Must pass a weld test and pre-employment screenings.
