Senior Bridge Project Manager & Structural Engineering Lead

Position Overview

Lead complex bridge and structural engineering projects while mentoring the next generation of engineers. This role offers the perfect blend of technical leadership and project management, with opportunities to impact both infrastructure development and team growth.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Spearhead design and analysis of bridges, culverts, and structural systems
  • Manage multimillion-dollar state and local infrastructure projects
  • Direct bridge inspection programs and compliance initiatives
  • Lead proposal development and client relationship management
  • Oversee construction administration and project delivery
  • Develop and mentor structural engineering team members
  • Drive business development through industry engagement
  • Ensure project profitability and technical excellence

Required Qualifications

  • BS in Civil or Structural Engineering (MS preferred)
  • PE license in Pennsylvania (NJ license a plus)
  • 10+ years of progressive bridge engineering experience
  • Proven expertise with PennDOT design standards and procedures
  • Proficiency in structural analysis software and AutoCAD Civil 3D
  • Demonstrated project management and team leadership abilities
  • Strong client relationship and communication skills
